Charterhouse - Dubai - Sitting as part of a financial reporting team, within a centralised finance department, this role shall take ownership of the forecasting and financial modelling for cash-flow purposes and investment returns, whilst overseeing variance and budget analysis, to provide strong management reporting tools. This shall also link to performance reporting linking to investment appraisal and in the support of strategic decision across their investment platforms. Any analysis and reporting memorandums shall be strongly geared towards running financial modelling, and reporting processes to allow for insightful, accurate and detailed financial & scenario analysis. The successful candidate should be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA), whom is able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a financial reporting and analytical-based support role.
