Implement and drive cost management initiatives, define controls to mitigate financial risk and execute operation as per laid down procedures. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring all finance and accounting related business processes of Academy’s operations are properly executed, accounted and monitored on a daily basis. These include but is not limited to general accounting procedures, preparation of payroll, audit, management financial reporting, performing related operational tasks and functions to name a few.
