Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Account management and coordination    between client and agency teams    


2. Provision of PR Services in English,and    supervision of bilingual Account Executive who    will manage translation from Arabic to English    and vice versa.


3. Development of overall PR and Communications strategy to:
- Generate awareness and promote recognition    and reputation of the client.
- Create awareness of the client’s activities.
- Increase footfalls to the client both during event and non-event periods.


4. Provide strategic support and advice relating    to marketing communications


5. Copy writing,blogging,speech writing,    drafting,editing & proof reading of press releases,announcements,speeches interviews,    newsletters,brochures and printed materials,    boilerplate notes to editors,cautionary    statements,web content,media-kit,etc.    


6. Organization of Press Conferences including:
- Preparing talking points of Executive Director    and others as needed.
- Preparing publicity materials,press kits,press    releases fact sheet,media alerts,byline articles.
-    Press release distribution and ensuring    publication of news releases locally and    internationally on all media channels.    


7. Media monitoring and clippings.


8. Answering media queries.


9. Media scene analysis.


10. Identifying and developing creative media    opportunities:
- Manage and act on all publicity opportunities    such as community events,holiday etc.
- Secure media opportunities and face to face    meetings by creating compelling stories angles    for promoting and building client brand.
- Identity potential news stories and actively    assists journalists with story development.
- Line up media to cover events and activities.
- Arrange media interviews,article placement and media presence.


11. Photography
- Work with photo manager to organize a photography plan.
- Create shot list for photographers.
- Review photos after every event in order to get them out to media outlets on a  timely basis.


12. Media Planning
– timelines,pre and post evaluation


13.Monthly media progress report.


 
14.Digital platforms:
Website & Application.
- Provide Web & Application content.
- Proof read Web and Application content.
- App Store Optimization (ASO) to help make    client app more visible  in Apple’s App Store and Android


15.Social Media.
- Coordinate with client Social Media Focal Point to assist in social media planning an implementation    on daily    basis.
- Assist in tracking social media hits data.
- Assists in collecting,identifying and writing caption or photos.
- Assist in tracking social media coverage.
- Increase awareness & maximize real followers & likes.


16.Crisis Management Strategy.
