\[Maintains temperature control systems by:
-adjusting, maintaining and repairing controls
-testing and troubleshooting equipment, repairing and replacing equipment and lines
-locating and repairing problems,
-checking safety controls
-checking and adjusting air flow and gas pressures
-welding in new parts
-installing or replacing pipes, removing and replacing filters and clearing debris.
\[Troubleshoots and analyses mechanical and electrical problems, traces wires and reads diagrams.
\[Performs related duties by assisting electricians during special events, maintaining the cleanliness of mechanical rooms and performing actions to enhance air quality.
