Job Summary The Specialty Chef Italian Cuisine effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, including provide support and guidance to fellow outlet Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to ensure success and effective operation ending in a positive guest experience. Education & Experience A 2-year, 3-year or 4-year culinary degree and at least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field. Previous supervisor responsibility is required.
