- Qualification in Facilities Management or similar
- 5+ years' experience of managing comparable operation(s) in GCC region.
- Good working knowledge of soft services (house keeping, pest control, waste management etc.) ideally within schools or similar.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, health and environment management, system and regulations.
- Highly self motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize and supervise multiple teams and be decisive when required.
- Professional Bodies - Institute of Hospitality, BICS, BIFM or similar.
