- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent is mandatory
- At least 3-5 years of building construction experience
- Experienced enough to be able to clearly instruct and delegate work to ensure on time delivery
- Working knowledge of software packages like Autocad, MS Project/Primavera, Visio
