- Establishment of company goals in coordination with Board of Directors
- Develops strategic plans/ product portfolios by evaluating technological and financial opportunities and customer requirements
- Establishment of Annual budgets and allocating resources in coordination with Board Of Directors
- Selecting, Recruiting, Training, Orienting, Counseling and Disciplining subordinate managers
- Communicating values and strategies.
- Developing incentives, absorbing the opinions, providing educational opportunities to subordinates in line with company targets
- Setting goals and objectives for each department, reviewing quarterly/ monthly progress/ reports
- Overall review of internal and external audits
- Perform other related tasks assigned by Board Of Directors.
