- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- With overall 7+ year experience and 5 years' experience of managing comparable operation(s) in GCC region.
- Good working knowledge of Electrical Systems (electrical, control, ELV, BMS, etc.) and HVAC Systems and application.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, health and environment management, system and regulations.
- Highly self motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize and supervise multiple teams and be decisive when required.
- Professional Bodies - ICE, RICS, BIFM or similar.
