- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- With overall 7+ year experience and 5 years' experience of managing comparable operation(s) in GCC region.
- Good working knowledge of building/civil and hard landscaping system.
- Strong knowledge of building fabrics/finishing and civil base works.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, health and environment management, system and regulations.
- Good knowledge of QCS standards.
- Ability to plan, organize and supervise multiple teams and be decisive when required.
- Professional Bodies - ICE, RICS, BIFM or similar.
