Cleaning Supervisor

• Lead a team of cleaners in ensuring that quality of services is met with standards.
• 
  
• Perform risk assessment, job Safety Analysis and conduct TBT.
• 
  
• Maintain cleaning schedule and checklist at all times.
• 
  
• Ensure that proper & Thorough training are given to his team about the usage of cleaning equipment, chemical dilution and handling of machineries.
• 
  
•  Conduct investigation on the shortage of services and any violation committed by his cleaning team.
• 
  
• Coordinates and handle complaints of client and resolving it immediately.
• 
  
• Promote a safe and disciplined working environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
• 
  
• Preparing of reports as required by client and management.
• 
  
• Ensure that sufficient level of stocks is maintained and properly controlled.
• 
  
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.
•
