DynCorp International - Kuwait - Job Summary The Site Manager (SM)/Community planer plans and manages task order operations, provides direction to DI employees and subcontractors, and is the direct on-site point of contact with the Government. The SM coordinates evolving task order requirements with the AFCAP IV Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO).
