Sales Plans and Analysis

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

• Identify new target markets and local strategies to increase brand awareness

• Analyse customer information and business trends to identify and expand business opportunities

• Responsible for Developing the Sales Budgets

• Competitive Sales analysis and monthly or weekly target reports

Act as a Motivator and a good Team Leader

• Recruiting, coaching, training the staff under your management;

• Build and maintain a sales team with broad reach in the community

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

Customer Relationship

• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand

• Collecting customer feedback and market research;

• Interact with a range of clients, but particularly high profile or key accounts

• Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values

• The job requires good understanding of FMCG products.

• Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in Sales area;

• Requires attention to details in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of information, competitor’s strategy, promotions, market trends, etc;

• Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others, strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others.

• Ability to find leads is a vital part of the sales process. Effective sales managers are always looking for new leads or new ideas to re-engage current prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

• A fast-paced mentality: you get feedback from internal teams quickly to drive resolution on issues and keep the onboarding/scaling process moving as quickly as possible.

• Operations focus: you love a good process, but you also love translating that process into words and strategy.
