Restaurant Assistant Manager - Mental HR - Consultancy

We are  hiring an 'Assistant Restaurant Manager' for a Qatari restaurant located in Doha

● Maintain a positive and full of energy attitude at all times.
● Encourage respect and trust with the decisions taken by the Management.
● Set regular trainings to keep the staff up to the brand standards.
● Ensure all restaurant procedures are in line with the Brand and the Hotel.
● Ensure that the company policies, safety and local regulations are respected to the letter.
● Optimise all products and equipment to reduce costs.
● Analyse regularly all procedures to ensure they are the most efficient possible.
● Control the quality of the food and beverage served, ensuring it is up to the high company and concept standards.
● Maintain an efficient communication with the Chef in all channels possible and as often as necessary, ensuring they are both aware of customer feedback and anything of interest.
● Fulfill all duties and instructions given by GM/ Chef
