Alghanim Industries - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - The Motor Rewinding Forman will supervise directly all Motor Rewinding related activities within the Motor rewinding workshop, and will assure proper flow of repairing processes, on time completion, and staff commitment to regulations and operational safety policies, ensure actual/accurate repairing charges to the work orders & control, assist in minimizing the wastage in material and reducing repairing cost, monitor the availability of material, tools, consumables and safety requirements, report daily/monthly repaired motors, productivity and work order status.
