Quest Search & Selection is working with an International Hotel Chain (5\[ - luxury) seeking a Assistant Sales Director to work in one of their stunning properties in Doha, Qatar.

We ideally are looking for candidates with sales experience in the corporate segment (Senior Sales Manager or Assistant Director) within the 5\[ luxury hotels. This position is immediately available.



Job description

As the Assistant Sales Director - Corporate for the hotel, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Director of Sales in managing staff and day to day operations
• Implementing the necessary strategies to achieve overall targets and revenue
• Maintaining , handling and developing corporate accounts of new and existing clients
• Managing, training and mentoring the junior staff
• Accuracy in forecasting revenue and achieving desired targets

  Profile expectations of an Ideal Candidate (Assistant Sales Director - Corporate)
  
  · Good knowledge with Opera System
  
  · GCC experience - minimum 2 years - luxury hotels
  
  
  
  Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Assistant Sales Director - Corporate)
  
  · 5+ years' experience in Corporate Sales in hotels
  
  · Vast knowledge in sales planning
  
  · Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  
  · Strong interpersonal skills
  
  · Account management

  Salary package offered is QAR 12,000, 1 bedroom accommodation provided, transportation allowance, yearly tickets, medical, and bonus/ incentive - quarterly.
