Quest Search & Selection is working with an International Hotel Chain (5\[ - luxury) seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to work in one of their stunning properties in Doha, Qatar.

We ideally are looking for candidates with experience in corporate hotels with a busy operation in Meeting and Conference Rooms.



Job description

As the Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing Sales Team in order to achieve the projected revenue
• Managing Marketing budget
• Input in the property strategy in order to maintain the customer's satisfaction and attract new customers
• Good knowledge of competitor's sales strategy
• Developing relations with the existing and potential new clients
• KPI and staff appraisal management

  Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Director of Sales & Marketing)
  
• Proven track record as DOSM in a corporate hotel
• Fluent in English
• You must have experience in the GCC region to understand the demands of the clients.
• Hospitality degree
• Extremely high standards and attention to detail
• Quality international 5\[ hotel management experience
• Swift and efficient management style
• Be able to work long hours maintaining a positive attitude

  The Benefits
  
  Salary package offered is QAR 18,000 - QAR 20,000, live out allowance QAR 10,000, family status, education allowance, yearly tickets.
