Responsibilities:

Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsible for driving Qgrabs.com's digital strategy and performance marketing execution, delivering increased awareness, customer acquisition and engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring a cohesive digital strategy is developed and executed across SEM/PPC, Display, Paid Social and CRM.

• Plan, execute and optimize all web, SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and eCRM activity

• Drive new customer acquisition while also increasing engagement of current customers
• 
  
• Define, manage and oversee implementation of an SEO strategy to drive organic brand growth through customer acquisition
• 
  
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence ie: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• 
  
• Develop Social media presence in new activities such as SnapChat etc.
  Provide guidance to the content writer to optimize every post
• 
  
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• 
  
• Monitor a dedicated budget and optimize the campaign
• 
  
• Build and grow the social media calendar
• 
  
• Create online participation activities such ie: draws etc.
• 
  
• Get involved in e-campaigns and building potential online promotions and partnerships as well as e-content & blogs as needed
• 
  
• Handle offline social marketing campaigns
• 
  
• Handle online Ad campaigns and suggest new avenues of online promotion
• 
  
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• 
  
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team
• 
  
• Maintain tight budget controls across all Digital marketing initiatives ensuring on time and on budget delivery
