- Orderly monitor and assist with trouble shooting issues related to our machinery with Technicians
- Installation of CNC and wood boring machines including customer training both on the machine and software
- Repair and servicing machines, which involve fault finding electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and software faults.
- Carry out on site programming of customer jobs and offering practical advice to help the customer manufacture the finished product.
- Experience of fault finding and repair of mechanical, pneumatic and software faults.
• Extensive experience of completing alignments of 5 axis machines.
• Used to working on single phase and three phase machinery.
• Attained good working knowledge of NUM, Kvara and Osai CNC contollers.
• Attained good working knowledge of Yaskawa drives, KEB and Bonfiglioli inverters
