Sales duties:
- Greet customers as specified in the house service standards
- Be perfectly familiar with all the products and know how to promote their qualities and characteristics to customers
- Offer a level of service consistent with the luxury positioning of the house
- Meet customer needs, detect potential customer needs and create customer wants
- Establish a genuine relationship with customers and recommend the most adapted products to their preferences
- Make sure customers are aware of house sales, events and marketing initiatives
- Secure customer loyalty through personalized service
- Ensure that products and packaging materials are properly stored and organized
- Ensure that the boutique is well presented and maintained with special attention to product display
- Assist in stock management and boutique replenishment
- Follow the company dress code and have impeccable grooming at all time
- Follow house rules regarding cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Barista duties:
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the hot beverages and coffee drink menu; answering questions
- Sell hot beverages by explaining differences in product origins and preparation methods
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks
- Generate revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintain inventories by replenishing hot beverages and coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining all supplies and pastries
