As a Financial Functional expert, you are primarily responsible for supporting the ERP system, teams and processes on Oracle Fusion Release 12.

You will be responsible for participating on being the lead support for Operations. You will work to gather and document detailed requirements for business needs and translate those into technical specifications. You will collaborate with other team members including end users, business analysts, architects, or web services teams to determine functional and/or technical solutions and designs.

You will also get the opportunity to use and build your technical skills executing your technical specifications writing PL/SQL, utilizing other languages specific to the applications and working with Oracle BI tools, Conversions and ongoing interfacing of our systems in is crucial for seamless user experience and you will be working with teams planning, developing, testing and executing those as well.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Work independently on Finance Modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA), I-Expenses and BI Analytics OBIEE Finance Analytics.  Implement and support Oracle Applications R12 ERP Finance modules.  Configure multi currencies in ERP Finance modules.  Develop & Modify Financial Statement Generator (FSG).  Configure and setups for Oracle Financials modules like open the books of accounts, closing accounts, Conversion of Fixed Asset and GL Balances through ADI and WEB ADI, AP Open Invoices Conversion, AR Open Invoices Conversion.  Optimize the business operation flows as per the need of application and end-user.  Follow OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) /AIM (Oracle application Implementation Methodology) documentation.  Troubleshoot issues, work with the users and oracle support in resolving/addressing issues.  Raise service Request with oracle Metalink to address application issues.  Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.  Participate in meetings and follow up with resulting action items as needed.
Demonstrate industry specific solution than standard solution, Solve day to day financial support issues.
