Abu Dhabi - This is a posting for work completed in the MENA Region Key Role: Advise the general or flag officer or key leader (KL) on all organizational initiatives of a new organization that are planned, developed, and implemented, including organizational interfaces to accomplish client program and system activities for reorganization, capability growth, and flexibility so the organization may be recognized as being on par with other worldwide organizations of similar stature. Advise the KL on the operation of a new organization’s development of organizational goals that support initiatives being developed and implemented. Advise the KL on organizational readiness to accomplish assigned missions. Advise the KL on change management principles that enable the organization to achieve mission tasks, as set forth by senior stakeholders.
