The role will include but not limited to, partner with the functions within Flour, Feed and Bakery Value Chain to agree and align on business strategies and objectives. Provide coaching and develop capability for the analysis and continuous improvement of all the value chain activities. Drive process improvements and align systems for the most efficient response to business needs.
