Work in close cooperation with other relevant stakeholders including business administrators and HRBPs to get the best possible results to the business. Advise & consult the Business HR & Recruitment teams with accurate information for efficient decision making by being a vital focal point between GS Operations and the business requirements. Provide business planning support and ensure that GS functions are developed and maintained on a timely basis. Play an important role in addressing major issues that has an impact on business processes and internal customer requirements. Provide accurate management information on a timely basis on key performance indicators of GS activities. Ensure that adequate procedural controls are in place. Direct and co-ordinate all activities of the Government Services activities and lead, coach & develop the team. Provide immediate solution or/and advice to employee issues & challenges....
