City College is seeking a mid-level, experienced person with a track record of working in a school or College Admissions. Highly developed understanding of the demands of maintaining good cross-cultural, interpersonal relationships.
Excellent customer focus and the ability to work with Marketing and Student Services
Problem-solving and proactive attitude
Operational strengths in communication, organization and follow-up.
The ability to help design and set up high-quality processes, in liaison with the College leadership
Candidates should show demonstrable evidence of working at an operations level within a relevant educational context, where they have contributed to efficient operations, advised senior leadership and engaged with work in student services.
An understanding of admissions processes is essential, as is a customer focus.
A knowledge of relevant stakeholders in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education is not essential but will be an advantage.
