- Supervises all quality inspections and testing, administers QA/QC program and completes all related QA/QC documents for submission and approval.
- Reviews design drawings and project specifications and ensures that all construction activities are conducted in compliance with the approved design drawings, method statements and relevant specifications.
- Interacts with other project team members and liaises with the client and subcontractors.
- Prepares and submits Test Plans and ensures that Inspection and Test Records are complete for project records.
- Monitors correctness of civil construction activities by enforcing the PQP, ITP and checklists.
- Participates in site meetings to optimize the construction activities.
- Prepares and files daily inspection tests and site construction activities.
- Assesses civil construction progress and acts pro-actively to avoid delays in the program.
- Assists in preparation of as-built drawings.
- Liaises and coordinates with 3rd party testing and inspection companies as required related to civil works.
- Prepares, files and maintains test and inspection records and quality records.
