Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) - Abu Dhabi - Core Accountabilities Operational responsibilities Manage departmental administrative systems including contract, images and event information and communications systems. Contacting vendors & suppliers, obtaining quotes and issuing purchase orders and maintaining records Deliver, set up, take down and maintain event equipment Stage manage events on site, including staff liaison, public announcements and event health and safety issues. Work as part of an event project team nationally & internationally some will involve working out of office hours, weekend and public holidays. Prepare even programmes and timetables including researching, content and creative writing. Assist events and sponsorships manager in the delivery of events, the event strategy. Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety policies, frameworks and developing safety plans for events which are held on ADGM’s premises.
