The Network Delivery & Operations team is at the cutting edge of network health, adapting & evolving to changes with new technologies, and providing our customers the very best experience. You could be a part of our Delivery team, helping to lead the engineering and delivery of voice & data services. You’ll also come up with new Network solutions and commercial products like TV, to fulfil the needs of our customers using our Mobile, Fixed, TV and International Connectivity Services. We ensure our customers not only enjoy the best network performance possible, but are also able to utilize the latest technology right here and now. Working in the Operations team, you’ll be our eyes, constantly monitoring the entire network, from mobile to fixed, TV, to detect any issues and solve it before it impacts our customers. As well as ensuring that all changes to the network are done with minimal disruptions.

With us you will:  Develops short, mid, and long term plans for the core and VAS/charging system  application migrations toward cloud deployment and NFV. Lead Technical RFQ, RFP and Vendors selection for Core and VAS/charging system platforms. Responsible for delivering IN&VAS design and architecture and this includes delivering LLD, HLD and methods of procedures for the IN & VAS.
Manage the delivery of the Core/VAS and IN assigned projects. Manage the Capex/Opex for the Core /VAS and IN for the assigned projects. Managing the internal and external stakeholders during the project implementation phase. 


Apply if you have:
• Deep understanding of CS, VAS network architecture (MSC, MGW, CSDB, STP, IN, SMSC, Voice mail…etc.)
• Deep knowledge and experience of IN and VAS evolution and modernization strategies.
• Excellent experience in various protocol suits (SS7, Sigtran, Diameter, LDAP,SOAP, XML…etc.)
• Good level of knowledge on other domains like BSS, OSS and IP as interworking domains with VAS platforms.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• 6 years’ experience of planning in a vendor or an operator environment.
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, conflict resolution, negotiation skills
