ASSURANCE MANAGER

The Role

Ensures activities of internal and external organisations are undertaken in accordance with NFPS iFEED Project needs in general and fulfil Health, Safety, Environment, and Security requirement in particular.
Ensures the effective implementation of the Project Quality Management System, whilst providing continuous communication, coordination and advice to the Project Manager on Quality issues concerning FEED development and the oversight of the FEED Contractors. Manage System Completion to ensure a smooth start-up and transition to Permanent Organisation.

• Often under time pressure to analyse effectively and decide on all information relevant to FEED Development.

• Communication and influencing of various organization in QG and also with Contractors in a multi-cultural environment.

• Manages the resolution of problems in more demanding and less familiar situations using precedent and own acquired knowledge.

• Has high visibility to senior Project Management and/or 3rd party owners. Recognizes that errors have significant impact on relationship with 3rd Party owners and shareholders.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Manage the organization and systems that ensure Safety, Risk, Environmental & Quality involving third parties (e.g., Beyond Company and company contractors) are resolved compatible with the objectives of the iFEED (CAT1 Mega Project).
• 
  
• Provide a single point of contact for All Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality related aspects
• 
  
• Coordinate with external Regularity\ Government organizations to obtain the required Project licences.
• 
  
• Play a key role on Project Assurance, helping the Project, Business, Engineering, Interface & execution, and Construction Managers to achieve full compliance.
• 
  
• Develop and ensure effectiveness of Project Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Safety, Risk & Environmental management procedures and tools.
• 
  
• Establish and maintains detailed records of all projects QA/QC, Risk, Safety,& Environmental Documents.
• 
  
• Participate in review of contracts to ensure that adequate QA/QC, Risk, Safety,& Environmental control and work procedures are established.
• 
  
• Manage the organization that ensure system completion, commissioning and hand-over to permanent organization
• 
  
• Develop and ensure effectiveness of System Completion procedures and tools
• 
  
• Ensure smooth hand-over to Permanent Organization (Project execution have a major impact on QG Assets LNG Production).
