- Ensure that all Warranty claims are submitted to the highest standards
- Ensure all Warranty claims are submitted following guidelines determined by Nissan/Infiniti and Renault
- Ensure that there are no pending Warranty Jobs are closed within the given time determined by Nissan/Infiniti and Renault
Maintain personal technical knowledge and skills and up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures - Ensure that all the Warranty guidelines are followed whilst closing warranty Job Cards, and submitting warranty claims
- Review job cards and all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation required by Nissan, Infiniti and Renault Middle East.
