Alshaya - Kuwait - The Role: Responsible for identification and consolidation of data required to ensure a timely understanding of current business performance and more importantly the drivers behind - positive and negative. Build a clear understanding of market and consumer trends which are likely to impact the Alshaya Food business, ensure that this is updated and evolved on a timely basis. Information will be a mixture of qualitative and quantitative and involve a significant amount of collaboration with other Alshaya departments notably; Brands, CMD, Finance, Properties and Business Development. Critically the position holder will be adept at using the data and information to spot trends, identify root causes, generate insights and develop proposals that effectively inform and guide senior leadership decision making.
