United Arab Emirates - We are an Interior Design company looking for Secertary cum Showroom Sales who will be responsible in our Showroom located @ Um Suqeim 3, Al Wasl Road. RESPONSIBILITIES: .. Answers phone and email queries. .. Welcome and Assist showroom visitors. .. Assist and present to walk in clients, showroom services & products. .. Assist GM or Interior Designer during client meetings. .. Prepares quotation, purchase order & other related formats .. Maintain proper filing of documents. .. Maintain showroom cleanliness and order. .. Other duties as needed. SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: .. 3 years UAE experience in the same field. .. Good communication & presentation skills.
