• Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationship with clients.
• Identifying and forecast sales potential.
• Ability to read and interpret projects drawings and their content.
• Prepare tenders and proposals.
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions.
• Provide service information by answering clients and potential ones questions and requests.
• Meeting regularly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Account receivable management, follow up and payment collection, ensure accounts aging are kept to minimum.
• Complies with the company’s policies, procedures and processes.
• Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.
