• Coordinate sales team by preparing quotations, follow up with customers, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort Sales and Correspondence related data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on products, new products, Brochures, Catalogues, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Preparing monthly sales reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending the trainings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
