Role purpose: Manage daily Rewards and Services activity by handling HR operations, standard employee relations, review and updates polices, salary reviews, International mobility, data analysis and maintain end to end employee life cycle. In addition, the position will be responsible for specific projects with clear deliverables as assigned.
The role is a member of the overall Rewards & Services team and work closely with the Public relations, Training and development, HRBP’s and departmental heads and line managers


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Responsible for designing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and practices based on changes in local laws, external HR practices, market competitiveness and company culture. Interprets policies and procedures to managers and employees.
• Regularly interact with employees to gather feedback for policy improvement and resolve queries raised by HR teams.
• Single point of contact for International Mobility and supports Sr. Rewards Manager regarding preparation of Expat contracts and management of expats and liaise with other operating companies for compliance /documentation.
• Review the Recognition Statement document periodically to ensure its relevance and its alignment to organisational objectives
• May lead or participate on special projects as assigned by manager
• Complete annual market survey reviews and data analyses
