Job Requirement Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the organization and management of the multi-professional care given to mother and babies utilising the full skills of a practising midwife. • Acts as an advocate for mother and her family • Undertake comprehensive healthcare needs assessment of mother and babies reassessing as appropriate • Has the knowledge and skills to support Mother and her family when they encounter distressing or difficult situations.
