We are a yoga studio in Bneid AlGar called Alive Yoga and we're looking for 2 receptionist to: -attend to all queries: phone calls, emails, and walk in guests -studio tour and membership sales presentation -explain booking and sign in procedures -help clients navigate our application and troubleshoot if necessary. -explain the studio policies and etiquette. -recommend classes and/or direct them to an available instructor for further assistance if needed -upsells, follow up with membership renewals, record freezing requests -handle guest complaints; provide preventive/corrective action, and/or escalate to the studio manager -create accounts, checking in clients, cashiering, and other tasks using our system -assist guests if they need help when purchasing retail items, locker assistance and whenever necessary ...
