Dubai - Job Role : Real Estate Property Manager / Property Consultant (Residential/Commercial Apartments) Duties Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties. Manage facilities maintenance, collect rent, find renters when properties are vacant and handle evictions. Handle complaints, violations and other issues from residents and renters. Should also manage property expenses and perform bookkeeping duties as needed. Involved in creating and negotiating the terms of a commercial or residential rentals. This can include new rentals, renewals etc. From collecting rents to preparing eviction notices, should be involved in communicating with commercial or residential property renters.
