- Lead a team of Project Controller, Planners, Schedulers and effectively contribute to the Company to achieve project completion on time and within budget.
- Develop, monitor and track a resource loaded Construction Master Schedule.
- Accurately track the progress of the project by S-Curve method.
- Planning & Controlling of recovery, mitigation and sub-schedules.
- EOT Management.
- Work closely with the Project Team’s key personnel to ensure project schedule effectiveness.
- Contract Schedule management with Sub-contractors.
- Prepare schedule reports such as the monthly report, weekly reports, Engineering Register among others and representing the company in meetings with clients.
