Job Objective


  • To provide techno functional support to Finance teams for all the modules and sub systems in Oracle Fusion acting as an internal consultant.

  • Responsible to provide both technical and functional support and demonstrate a solid understanding of the oracle apps architecture and tables and how they relate to the supported business applications. Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.

  • Responsible for leading proactive performance improvement initiatives which will require collaboration with various internal groups to understand and document the functionality of new and existing Oracle EBS components as well as recommend and implement new initiatives.

Key responsibilities


• Involvement in End-to-End Implementations, Support, Upgrade and Roll-out Projects in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.


• Expertise in AR/AP/Tax / FA /GL end to end configuration in EBS & Fusion Cloud


• Expertise in Vendor and Asset Conversion process in EBS & Fusion Cloud


• Expertise in Tax configuration for international Countries


• Expertise in configuring Planning and Budgeting modules and respective reports


• Identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Application functionality.


• Proactive EBS application tuning with focus on functional setup, data cleansing and business process improvements


• Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle


• Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions to them.


• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions


• Project manage all proactive application improvement action items, testing and produce progress and measurement reports to management


• Work closely with the technical teams in analysis, design, development and testing cycles.


• Familiar with Payment process setup and integrations


• Develop end-user documentation and training materials


• Writing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions


• Responsible for analysing and resolving functional and technical problems of supported applications


• Experience working both independently as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment.


• Highly self-motivated with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
