Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership:
• Resourcing Strategy to be decided and agreed during the briefing meeting.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates suitability for the role.
• Arrange for briefing meetings with Line Managers ( within the defined SLA).
• Interviewing and assessing candidates suitability for the role.
• Provide interview feedback on shortlisted applicants to Line Managers.
• Accountable for ensuring Line Manager Interviews are scheduled within the specific SLA timeframes.
• Follow through with recruitment process until the final candidate is selected to offer roll out and acceptance/rejection.
• Ensure all required reports are accurate and reach the stakeholders on time.
• Ensure client templates and formats are used throughout the process.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Resourcing/Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the different areas of HR.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
Technical/professional qualifications:
• Experience in different assessment tools including competency-based interviewing a strong advantage.
• Experience using Taleo will be an advantage
