Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Shape the Insight agenda in response to internal clients needs and constantly review this with them to ensure that it evolves and meets their requirements. Assist the bank with business groups meet specific information requirements, whether internal or external, and provide project management expertise in the field of customer research, internal data analytics and competitor intelligence. Work closely with internal clients (Bank's clients) to appreciate and use the take outs from Insight projects to help address their business issues.
