National Petroleum Construction Company - Abu Dhabi - JOB ROLE & PURPOSE: Job holders at this level lead the drafting team responsible for structural engineering drafting group multi project activities ensuring work completion on time and to set standards. DOC reports to Structural Discipline Engineering Manager and all drafting staff consisting of Sr. Designers, Designers, Sr. Draftsmen, Draftsmen and operators etc reports to DOC. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and provides technical guidance to drafting staff. Acts as an expert for all functions performed by designers, team leaders and other drafting staff and assist in their development and skill level increase.
