McGregor Boyall - Abu Dhabi - Job description: The scope of this role can be divided into Analysis (70%) and Deal Execution/processing (30%): Complete borrower rating reviews for real estate/corporate companies. This will include in depth financial analysis, sector analysis, peer group comparisons and recommendations to the Head of Credit. Ensure Credit applications are renewed on time and new exposures are submitted when necessary Ensure effective monitoring of portfolio with relevant analysis, reporting and action taken when required to do so. Reflect downgrades and upgrades from credit agencies (Moody's, S&P) on the portfolio Assist in drafting memos with credit rationale when requested. Key requirements: The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of operating as a credit analyst for Corporates/FIs with a bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accounts from a well-recognized university.
