Operations Manager (Fire Suppression)

This people focused role will see you develop strategies to increase revenue & profit, whilst ensuring the smooth operational functions of the company.


Other duties will consist of the following:


Forecasting & reporting on the company's assets & financials including - return on investment, turnover, OH&S, Environmental & Quality Assurance.


Liaising with the logistics & support team for service equipment.


Business development - tender submissions.


Implement & monitor KPI's for project staff & ensure targets are being met.


Adhere to & maintain strict OH&S policies & procedures & ensure that all staff are accountable for safe work practices.


Preparing customer quotes & scheduling works.


Liaise with the workshop & ensure regular reports are completed on maintenance & project work.
