Kuwait Airways - Kuwait - Supervises and carries out programme analysis, development and maintenance of a variety of software packages for users within the Flight Operations Development & Support Unit. Includes planning and organizing the work flow of the Programming Pool to ensure the effective direction of projects and auditing of project personnel output. Also, the incumbent may be involved in directing the design and testing of logic, coding and maintenance of existing or new programmes to ensure user requirements are accurately reflected in output, and high level problem solving. As the Manager of the Programming Pool the incumbent will allocate human resources as required to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with project target dates.
