Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting
Must possess a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest’s needs, and always remain calm and courteous
Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills
