• Develops a sales strategy for the AHU, FCU product ranges aimed at identified market segments.
• Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the business unit which will result in the larger market share in the long run.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Identify internal and external commercial opportunities and expand the NEI market.
• Leverages knowledge of the market and the customer feedback for product development and increasing / sustaining customer satisfaction levels.
• Responsible to enrich NEI brand image by ensuring NEI is listed in the consultants list.
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers.
• Responsible to achieve sales growth for the department and track sales progress of the department on regular basis to report the departments progress to the management as and when required.
• Responsible for compiling the necessary sales, inventory and competition reports for management review and business decision making.
• Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies by analyzing market trends and results with approval of CBDO.
• Responsible for developing field sales action plans.
• Responsible to maintain sales volume and selling price by monitoring costs, competition and supply & demand.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with the client and Brand promotions.
• Responsible to carry out inspections of the sales (products/equipment) to ensure efficient sales performance and availability of necessary products/equipment.
• Responsible to support the department to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Responsible to ensure that the department follows all processes and policies of the company and are aligned to the departmental SOPs at all times.
• Responsible to review all sales reports of team members and coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the team members.
• Responsible to coach the team members on best practices for closing more sales deals and provide advice and guidance to improve team member sales performance.
• Responsible to oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reportees.
• Set goals for direct reportees and conduct performance appraisal as per company policies and processes.
• Responsible for managing the new/replacement hire - requests, interviewing and employee training after onboarding on the departmental SOPs and SLAs.
