1. Supervises daily (24/7) the following:
a. All gardening staff on HMC sites.
Organizes staff scheduling, time sheets and controls overtime and leave rotations. Does staff annual appraisals
b. All irrigation systems on HMC sites.
Maintains all irrigation systems repairing and replacing as required ensures daily water supplies of treated water.
c. All departmental equipment on HMC sites.
Schedules regular maintenance for all departmental equipment and arranges services
and spare parts as required.
2. Daily liaisons with HMC Support Services Department management and regular dialogue with individual HMC site executives responsible for external grounds and gardens.
3. Regular communication with Doha Municipality as required.
4. Perform other duties as assign
