Minimum 2 years of experience as Duty/Night Manager (preferably from a 5-Star Hotel)
Bachelor’s degree on any related courses is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Rooms operation (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Desk)
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage team members
With excellent communication and leadership skills
Good selling and customer service skills
